FishLead Hub is not just advocating; we are reclaiming talent and fostering a permanent, youth-led blue economy. Through our innovative programs, we empower young Africans to turn classroom curiosity into career intent and become innovative entrepreneurs and industry-ready leaders.
From January to March 2026, our outreach program reached over 2,100 secondary students, sparking their interest in the blue economy. We bridge the gap from theory to practice with immersive farm tours, providing invaluable real-world experience. Furthermore, we sponsor undergraduates to attend professional conferences, enabling them to build global networks and expand their horizons.
